We are the premier overlanding event in the world—no other event offers the scope of classes taught by the world's leading experts, alongside a professional-level trade show that brings together in one place all the camping and vehicle and motorcycle equipment and services you need to get outfitted and get going.
Of all the comments we get raving about the quality of classes, instructors, and vendors, one impression strikes people the hardest, and that is the people who come to learn, to teach, and to share. The Overland Expo has become a mandatory calendar event for travelers from all over the world, many of whom schedule trans-continental journeys to coincide with a West or East Expo, to see old friends and meet new ones. Those new to overlanding tell us again and again how welcomed they feel by this community whose reason for being, after all, is to explore, learn new things, and meet new people. It’s why our motto is: Overland Expo—where adventure begins and frindships last.
The WEST show is held in beautiful Flagstaff, Arizona, gateway to the Grand Canyon and Four Corners region. Nestled in cool ponderosa pine forest, the venue includes plenty of camping, food vendors, and miles of onsite and nearby trails for walking and riding. Hotels, restaurants and shopping are just moments away in downtown Flagstaff, and the international airport is just across the interstate.
Kids 17 and under are free! We also offer special pricing for families and discounts for military and organized groups. Please contact us before you register to see if you qualify!
Attend on a full-tuition education package, which includes access to hundreds of specialized classes (over 400 session-hours offered) taught by world-class instructors; on-site dispersed camping is included in our non-reserved camping areas OR buy reserved camping at the county campground while spaces last (sold out!); complimentary happy hour drinks Friday and Saturday, BBQ celebration Sunday, and special attendee bag – in addition to the vendor/exhibitor area, all demos, slideshows, and films.
Purchase Weekend Passes good for all three days or single Day Passes and enjoy general admission to the Expo. Weekend Pass and Day Pass ticket holders will be able to enjoy the vendors/exhibitors, all demos, slideshows and films, and are welcome to join happy hours.
