2017 Hi-Mountain Dual Sport Ride

The Hi Mountain Dual Sport ride starts on the Cal Poly campus – take it easy on school grounds! One gallon gas fill at the 80-mile mark. Bike must have 80 mile range. GPS or roll chart holder needed, roll charts and GPS downloads at check-in. Free event t-shirt and on-course BBQ with paid entry. T-shirt size guaranteed for entries postmarked before April 1st.

Check in starts at 7am. Riders meeting at 8:30am.
Ride starts 8:40 - 9am. No late or early departures.

Bike must be street legal; there will be a tech inspection! A valid U.S. Forest Service approved spark arrestor is required or you will not be permitted to ride! All riders must be licensed and wear helmet, eye protection and boots.

Walk-up registration okay. No refunds.
No camping on campus. Camping close by at El Chorro Regional Park.

Location info:
San Luis Obispo, CA. Start/Finish at Cal Poly parking lot H-1.
From Highway 101, exit Hwy 1 North, go 1.5 miles north to Highland Dr.
Right at entrance to Cal Poly, ½ mile and then left on Mt. Bishop Rd.
H1 parking lot on left approximately 0.3 miles.
